returns & exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in a return or exchange and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with the following information:
- Product you're returning and whether it has been opened or used
- For exchanges only: the product(s) you'd like instead
- Your shipping address
- Your email address
We’ll send an invoice for any shipping fees incurred in the return/exchange process. Once paid, you'll receive the shipping label via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Terms and Conditions:
- Products must be purchased directly from onelittleworld.com, we do not accept returns from our retail partners.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Order Inaccuracy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right and ensure that it doesn't happen again.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds for select items (including but not limited to: gift cards, and items marked clearance and/or final sale).
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
